- Access Threshold: A full refund is only available if you have accessed or unlocked no more than 25% of the total program content (equivalent to the first two weekly modules).
- System Tracking: Our system automatically logs all user activity, including module unlocks and worksheet downloads. If our records show you have accessed Week 3 or beyond, or more than 25% of the total course material, the 14-day refund option is voided.

- Completed 1-on-1 Sessions: Any private or group coaching sessions already conducted are non-refundable at their full hourly rate.
- Direct Transaction Costs: A non-refundable administrative fee (typically 5–10% of the total price) will be retained to cover third-party payment processing fees (e.g., PayFast/Stripe) and onboarding costs.
